Is there a limit to the number of people in a shoot?

This depends on how long you book your shoot. If more than 6 people are going to be at the photo shoot , the 90 minute package is the best.


What happens if weather is not good?

If bad weather is forecast for the day of your shoot , we will try our best to reschedule for another day.


How do we contact you once in Australia?

Please download the app called Whats App and you will be able to send us messages via the app so long as you have a wifi connection. Email is also another way to contact us. 


What should we wear for the shoot?

This depends on the time of year and the temperature on the day. Light soft colours are lovely, neutrals , soft florals. Please try not to wear black. 

We want you to be yourselves, dress up and wear heels , or be comfortable in a more casual attire.

 

What do we need to bring to the shoot?

Please try not to bring large bags with you. Please minimise personal belongings in one bag, so that if necessary we can carry it over our shoulder for you.


Where do we meet you?

We have a selection of meeting spots depending on the location and hotel you are staying in. You will be sent a link to the meeting spot with a landmark , street intersection or building number when you lock in a session.


What is the best way to get to our meeting spot?

This depends on where you are staying. We recommend using Uber. If we are meeting you at your hotel, we will be waiting in the reception area.


How long before we get the images?

Same day edit means you will see your photos that evening. You will receive your link with a password and Download PIN via email. Your images are edited and retouched before uploading to the gallery.


Do the images belong to us?

Yes, they are yours for your personal use only. You will receive the high resolution JPG files with no watermark. Please keep in mind we love to share our work on our social media platform. We ask all our clients if they are happy to allow us to share their photos, or if they would like them to remain private.


What if we need to reschedule the date?

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule to ensure you can find another available date and time (because we do book up in advance). If you’re having trouble, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. 


What if we need to cancel our shoot?

We understand that circumstances can change ( due to illness, travel delays etc ) so if you do need to cancel your booking , please contact us to arrange this.
